Winklevoss Twins of Facebook Fame lose Their Quest to Undo Their $140 million settlement with Zuckerberg

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals denied the Winklevoss twins' lawsuit to undo their $140 million settlement over claims that Mark Zuckerberg stole their idea for Facebook. The Chief Judge held that the twins lost their chance to litigate their claims by inking a binding mediation pact.  The court found that the twins had competent legal advice and came to a legal settlement.  Now they want the courts to save them from their mistake. At some point, litigation must come to an end.  That point has now been reached, says the Chief  Justice.
